Payment & Refunds

Due to the nature of these products, no refund is applicable unless a fault on our end, like the order cannot be remade, or incorrect personalisation on products has been presented.

Refunds may only be provided if the incorrect item has been provided or and a replacement is unable to be provided. As long as it has not been made and awaiting collection, in that case there will be no refund.

CHOKING HAZARD

The chocolate arrangements may contain small and sharp objects that are not recommended for young children or any individuals who have a tendency to place inedible objects in their mouths.

ALLERGIES

Please note some products may contain traces of nuts. Latex may cause an allergic reaction to some people. Please seek medical advice if an allergic reaction occurs.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Dreamtime Creations chocolate arrangements can be affected by temperature and external factors beyond our control.

We recommend keeping your gift away from direct sunlight and heat as this will cause chocolates to melt.

All Gifts are best to be stored in a cool dark room.

TURNAROUND TIME

Generally 48 hours but in busy holiday season times it is 72 hours.

BYO Gifts need to be dropped off at least 24 hours prior collection date.

CUSTOMER CARE

Once the gifts are in the care of the customer, it is up to the customer to ensure the product does not become damaged. Dreamtime Creations does not take any responsibility for any damage once handed to the customer.
